Every time i have had food from here i have found it very hard to hear the staff on the phone due to them talking very quietly, fast and alot of background noise. When asked politly to repeat you recieve a snappy reply just as quite and quick as the first time. I have had my food delivered several occassions which always arrives about 30 mins after order place. I have also collected my order on these occassions the food has always been late and a couple of times i have recieved someone elses or only part of my order. The food here can be very greesy.
